RZ Links Return & Refund Policy 

We want you to be happy with your RZ Links purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

Because many of our chains are cut to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

A return or replacement will only be accepted if: * You received the wrong item, or * Your item arrived damaged or defective.

 You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report an issue.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: * Clearance or sale items * Any chain that has been cut to your requested length * Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

 If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item. If the correct replacement is available, we will replace the item. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive store credit.

 Return Shipping

 For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon by RZ Links.

 Refunds

  RZ Links does not issue cash refunds back to the original payment method. Approved returns will be issued as store credit once the returned item has been received and inspected.
